Bostik Art Competition
Bostik adhesives are running a creative art competition throughout primary schools in Victoria. This is a chance for us to show case what the talented students at Altona PS can produce. The Bostik art competition encourages our students to construct a group craft project whilst demonstrating the use of their glue and adhesive products. The prize is a $5,000 school grant. Mrs Farmer will be working with many of the grade 4 students to construct a double storey 3D icy-pole stick fairy house. We wish our grade 4 students the best of luck and can’t wait to share the finished product with you all. Fingers crossed!

Preps and Paint = Profound Possibilities…
It has been my pleasure to introduce another cohort of bubbly preps to the magic of creating masterpieces in our art room this term. We have had fun exploring self-portraits and trialling materials such as pastels and paints. Welcome to all our new families, we hope you enjoy viewing and discussing your child’s artwork this year.
